Where is Sundown Church ?
We are located at 302 E. 7th Street at the corner of School Street and 7th in Sundown, TX. We are directly across the street from Sundown Middle School
Who is Jesus Christ ?
Jesus Christ is the Son of God, The Messiah, the Savior of humanity, and so much more. He is the Way, the Truth and the Life. Jesus is the Word made flesh. Through our faith in Jesus and His blood, we freely receive forgiveness for our sins and are given eternal life

Pastor Eddie Trice is preaching in-person and blessing us by sharing his Spiritual gift on Sunday mornings. We welcome you to come hear Pastor Trice to know Christ more and gain a deeper relationship with Him

Where should I park ?
You are welcome to park anywhere along the south or north side of 7th street. Sundown Church is wheelchair accessible. There are blue designated handicapped parking areas for those of whom need close access
What should I wear ?
Sundown Church is a relaxed atmosphere. It is a place of worship where you can come as you are. You may see people in slacks, a dress, or jeans and a t-shirt
The clothes we wear are not what is most important - it is trusting God & focusing on Jesus Christ. Your heart, not your clothes, is how you honor God in worship
Respect, love, trust and reverence are conditions of the heart - not our clothing
As a sign of respect, please remember to remove your hat while in church

Does Sundown Church have baby/child dedications ?
Yes, we believe in supporting families as they teach their children to walk and live in faith and love
Dedications are powerful moments of parents publicly declaring their commitment to raising their children according to God’s Word
While baptism is a declaration of the understanding and acceptance of salvation, we do not baptize infants
As your church family, we will partner with you in prayer, support and would be honored to joyfully celebrate your step in faith to dedicate your children to the Lord

Does Sundown Church allow facility use ?
Yes, depending on our church calendar schedule
Be it a one time group event, a weekly Bible study meeting, a wedding or a multiple school UIL competition, we require a written request
Both members and non-members must submit requests by completing our initial Facility Request Form
If date is available, our office will contact you to discuss contract forms, fees and rules
How do I become a church member ?
This is a great question. Membership involves more than attending and giving. Membership should carry participation, accountability, and commitment. Click here to inquire/connect with a church member about membership
